| We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses. |

| We make every effort to process and ship your order within 72 hours from the time it is placed. Your order will be shipped via UPS. If UPS does not serve your shipping address contact us prior to placing your order at hiya@treehousecollective.com for possible alternatives (please include your name and a contact phone # in your email).
Shipping costs are based on the origin, destination, weight, dimensions and shipping method of your order.
You can select how quickly you would like to receive your order at checkout. If you need to further expidite your order contact us at hiya@treehousecollective.com (please include your name and a contact phone # in your email) and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Treehouse Collective is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, especially during peak periods.
Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, the package becomes the responsibility of that carrier and Treehouse Collective is no longer liable. All orders shipped via UPS automatically include up to $100 insurance. | Occasionally, an item you order may be out of stock or unavailable. If this is the case, we will notify you upon receipt of your order and offer possible alternatives for your consideration. |

| Inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives, and notify us immediately if any item is damaged. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Email us at hiya@treehousecollective.com for replacement information and/or return authorization (please include your name, order #, the item(s) in question, and a contact phone # in your email). |

| All purchases from the Vaulted Vintage, Vintage or Treasures catagories are final (we do not offer credit, exchange or refund on these items). We maintain a very high standard of what may be included in these catagories, and try our utmost best to describe their condition through both photography and text as acurately as possible. | If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt. We do not provide refunds or cash back. All returned items must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packing materials. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hiya@treehousecollective.com (please include your name, order #, the item(s) in question, and a contact phone # in your email). We will issue a return authorization # which must be included with your return package.
